Although only present on the Saturday, Phillip Leaver's Robinson R22 helicopter simulator proved very popular.

David Baliki's Jet Provost T.5 G-BYED was a welcome return visitor to Cockpitfest.

Neil Airey's Lightning XS922 was another return visitor and one of three F.6s on display.

Steve Austin's Jet Provost T.4 XP558 in it's original Macaws display team colour scheme.

Richard Scarborough's imposing Lightning F.6 XS932.

Ross McNeil's Canberra PR.9 XH175 was a prize winner in 2007 and made a welcome return in 2009.

David Collins' Hornet project (that's him in the hat!) has gained a rare canopy and windscreen, amongst other things, since winning the Cockpiter's Cockpit prize in 2007.

Mark Gauntlett's Mosquito bomber cockpit rig.

One of the many first time visitors to Cockpitfest was John Lathwell's Chipmunk WP927.

Last but certainly not least - would you buy a used picnic bench from this man?!!!
